Many small businesses that win a contract are not ready to execute when the award is announced.  Our team of subject matter experts are available to help the client get the start-up team members in place rapidly while the client builds up their capability to recruit, hire, and on-board the longer-term employee solution.  Other capabilities we bring to the client are:
